District Statistics



Another busy year has come to a close for the ambulance and calls were down by 84 this year with a total of 1248.  Out of these calls 492 were code one calls, 399 were code two calls, 433 were code three calls and 8 were code four calls. Below is a chart of the monthly breakdown.

The total ambulance billing for 2003 calendar year was $222,785.22. The total ambulance receipts received for 2003 was $136,302.30. As of 12/31/03, without outstanding collection, the rate of collection is currently 61.1%.

The above charts represent the number of ambulance calls we have had in the past year at each location and the code response to each.

Fire calls were up from last year with a total of 130.  Of those calls, 43 (33.07%) were actual fire calls that included structures, vehicles, grass fires, farm equipment, 3 (2.30%) explosion, 26 20% rescue-EMS, 13 (10%) hazardous conditions, 2 (1.53%) service calls, 25 19.23% good intent calls, 15 (11.53%) false alarm calls and 2 (1.53%) special incident calls.
