This photo shows a "Basic" 38.5 ft. dia. 2x6 EconOdome frame kit comprised of 707 precision cut-to-fit 2x6 boards. Blocking and framing for all doors, windows, & skylights is included at no extra charge. The exterior is being clad with Hardipanel cement composite panels. Hardipanel is durable and non-combustable.
After you assemble the EconOdome frame kit, you can easily cover and seal the exterior as you climb down the sturdy geodesic framework. Like an expanding umbrella, the sealed surface sheds rain toward the perimeter, so, what is under the expanding dome, stays dry during and after construction.
