The following changes may or may not be necessary
to allow the use of the "whip plug-in" also called a DWF Viewer

Security Settings
For Microsoft Internet Explorer:
To verify that your security settings allow for the scripting of ActiveX Components (Internet Explorer),
1. click on the 'Tools' menu from your Internet Explorer Window,
2. select 'Intenet Options'.
At this point you will see a tabbed dialog,
3. select the 'Security' tab.
In the drop-down box labeled 'Zone',
4. select 'Internet Zone', if it is not already selected.
5. to change the security settings click 'Custom Level' button.
click the 'Settings' button, if dialogue box is not open.
This will open a dialog box with your security and scripting options.
In the "first section" of this dialog box labeled 'ActiveX Controls and Plugins'
6. Set--Automatic Prompting for ActiveX Controls--to "ENABLE"
7. Set--Binary and Script BehaviorS--to "ENABLE"
8. Set--Download Signed ActiveX Controls--to "PROMPT"
9. Set--Download Unsigned ActiveX Controls--to "PROMPT"
10. Set--Initialized Script ActiveX Controls Not Marked as Safe--to "PROMPT"
11. Set--Run ActiveX Controls and Plug-ins--to "ENABLE"
12. Set--Script ActiveX Controls Marked Safe for Scripting--to "ENABLE"
Once you have done this
13. click on the 'OK' button.
You should now be at the 'Internet Options' dialog.
14. Select 'OK' to return to your browser.
If desired, you may later push "reset"
to return all controls to original "default" positions.

For Netscape Browsers:
After downloading the DWF Viewer,
you will have to restart your browser so that Netscape can recognize the new plugin program.
This is required because Netscape loads its' registered plugins when the application starts
(unlike Internet Explorer which loads plugins dynamically).
Once Netscape has been re-opened your plugin program should work without problems.
